Church, State, Separation, Progressives

OK, Progressives ( all of whom are fascists, social Liberals and loose constructionists) and, in the end what this means is that these groups all believe that statism or strong state government should take care of all an individual's needs and problems, even your great O cannot prevent his appointees from showing their true colors.

Education secretary urged his employees to attend Sharpton's rally | Washington Examiner
President Obama's top education official urged government employees to attend a rally that the Rev. Al Sharpton organized to counter a larger conservative event on the Mall.

"ED staff are invited to join Secretary Arne Duncan, the Reverend Al Sharpton, and other leaders on Saturday, Aug. 28, for the 'Reclaim the Dream' rally and march," began an internal e-mail sent to more than 4,000 employees of the Department of Education on Wednesday.

So, did you hear about this on the regular news media? If the Sec. of Ed. had told those 4000 people to go to Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor" Rally on the same day (which was announced a year before Al Sharpton's rally), do you think the news media you usually watch would let it go?

It is an unfortunate truth that facts will not persuade a liberal (in the modern American sense).

But I hope that you can be persuaded by facts.

I dont know what offends me more, the assumption that the Sec of Ed has the authority to demand all Dept. of Ed. members to follow his lead, or the notion that his policial position was his in stead of belonging to the citizens of the U.S.
